Recertification Center

Since 1994, our Recertification Center has provided high-quality, in-house reconditioning of Fuji SMT equipment. As a full-service Recertification Center, we offer our customers a wide range of services, from initial on-site consultations to complete machine restoration, including refinishing through our outside contractors. If our customers are interested in upgrading to new Fuji equipment, we also provide a trade-in option as an alternative to recertification. While limited to select models, many customers have utilized this alternative as a means to upgrade their existing Fuji lines.

Upon arrival at Fuji America's headquarters, each machine undergoes a rigorous five-business-day inspection consisting of a pre-run, test, and top-to-bottom evaluation. We report any broken parts, placement inaccuracies, and areas that show excessive wear to the customer. Upon approval, we repair, calibrate, test, clean, and then, pack the machine for final shipment. Once delivered to the customer's site, Fuji's Service Department installs the machine and performs re-testing before accepting sign off for the work.

Our recertification engineers repair and rebuild Fuji SMT machines seven years old or newer in our new environment-controlled and secure Recertification Center. Due to each customer's unique needs, we complete all work on a time-and-materials basis.
