Fuji's Technical Services Group handles all machine and software related issues. This group of experienced engineers handles new installations, initial on-site training, machine warranties, emergency telephone support, and technical service support. They can also assist you with software questions and troubleshooting, including Windows and networking issues. During installation, they are able to help with Windows, network, and server configuration.
We also assist our customers with integration to into their existing in-house ERP systems and share our part inventory and placement efficiency information. We work closely with many third-party software vendors to ensure compatibility in any customer environment.
Although headquartered in Vernon Hills, Illinois, we also have several regional offices to ensure an engineer is always available to respond to our customers' needs.
